We want you to love your Urbanwalls order. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so our team can make it right.
Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging when contacting us.
Please note that differences in colour between your screen and the printed product are not considered defects. We highly recommend ordering a sample before placing a full wallpaper or mural order.

Because our products are made to order, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have entered production. Please double-check your measurements, product, colour, and material selection before placing your order.
If you notice an error immediately after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee changes can be made, we'll do our best to help if production has not yet started.

How Many Decals Do I Need?
The sky is the limit. Well, to be fair, the ceiling is probably the limit. But how many decals will fit in a specific space totally depends on your vision for spacing and placing them.
Your best (and safest) bet would be to plot your design using a measuring tape and pencil to ensure you’re ordering the correct number of decals.
